Farmers can record their issues from the field and interact with nodal designated Agricultural Control Center to obtain early & urgent resolutions, using text, image, voice and video methods.

Intelligent FAQs allow farmers to access frequently asked queries using predefined decision trees. Ingested through machine learning & artificial intelligence algorithm, our system collates relevant information from available databases to provide several automated FAQs and decision trees to user, to address common concerns in a meaningful manner. They cover valuable questions to provide useful information to the farming community. Intelligent FAQs are designed to include maximum information related to government schemes, plans & programs, sustainable farming, organic and natural fertilizers & pesticide use, agro-climatic zone, soil, season & crop related harvesting & post harvest processing information among others. The application keeps getting better with time if more and more information is supplied to the algorithms to enhance support provided to the farming communities.

MGRM Farmer App is integrated with an Intelligent ChatBot. This AI / ML driven chatbot provides solutions that are:

• Problem Specific: Farmers can access information on highly specific problems from an expert knowledge base

• Localized: local conditions based information pertaining to the crop, season, soil, water, weather pattern etc. driven by expert database (&not routine content available online or from television programs)

• Persistent: queries previously asked by the farming community, with answers, are persistently available for the future. This is unlike audio conversations with experts where the details may not be archived, or when done, not be accessible at a later date.

MStar Warehouse Management System comprises of a Warehouse Application (web-based), a Department Website, and a Mobile App all of which aid in modernization of food grain & agricultural produce distribution. Together they facilitate process standardization & automation, while enabling real-time monitoring.

Warehousing Application helps manage & monitor all warehouse operations covering Bidding, Lifting, Procurement, Storage, Physical Verification, Quality Inspection and Payments. The Department Website is built on a modern & advanced Content Management System that showcases the warehouse department, along with their operations.

The Mobile App automates Bidding and Procurement process of warehouse operations. Officers (e.g. Market / Mandi Officers) are able to upload information related to bidding and lifting of food grains from Markets / Mandi, generate & print Gate Pass on the fly.

MStar Seed Management System (MStar SMS) is a specialized seed inventory application specifically designed to meet the challenges and demands faced by seed producers, processors and agricultural seed dealers. Its intuitive graphical interface provides access to seed procurement, auction, sales, payments, customers, orders and inventory functions, along with a series of well-designed reports.
